Disney's Wreck it Ralph Launch Wifiway

WIFI WAY was a 2-day immersive pop-up event opened to celebrate the highly anticipated release of Ralph Breaks the Internet. Guests were guided through the wonderful world of the internet to experience a journey similar to that of Ralph and Vanellope’s in the film. The event took place in The Vinyl Factory in Soho and the idea was to bring Spotify to life, but due to copyright we had to go under the name 'Wifi Waves'. The guests were able to select songs from an iPad and we performed their song choices there and then on the spot - awesome right?!

Thursday 22nd November was the opening night and guests were incredibly lucky to get a surprise appearance from John C. Reilly and Rick Astley who even got up to perform his song ‘Never gonna give you up’ which is part of the soundtrack for the film.

There were so many awesome activities for the guests to enjoy! Purrterest was one of our favourites, you could have your photo taken with cute kittens! The amazing Three Stacks provided unlimited pancakes and milkshakes throughout the event. The dark web also featured, it was a game where you had to avoid the lasers - this is just a tiny insight into what was an incredible event. We want to say a big thank you to Scarlet Entertainment for booking us and to Jen the event manager for looking after us so well at the event! Working with the Disney team was a dream come true - now go and check out the new film, it is fab!
